You can customize anything you want, as long as that means only swapping out a logo on their existing layouts. We believe custom should mean custom. We’ll do whatever it takes to project your brand in all materials that panelists see. And we’ll ensure that all communication with your panelists protects your brand by treating your customers exactly as you would treat them yourself!
This is the most common option since most of our clients build a panel of their own customers or employees. In that situation you would want them to know that you care about their opinions, so you'd want their interaction with you to be branded to with your existing look and feel in every way. We accomplish that with the following techniques:
- Custom URL (such as YourCompanyFeedback.com)
- Custom graphic designs on all items that panelists see: website, surveys, email, etc. with no mention of TroyResearch. Your panelists will believe they are interacting with your company, not an outside vendor.
- Communication style (including messages from our online response center) with the level of formality, cultural references and general attitude to match your corporate style.
- Other non-panel elements available for inclusion in the panelist experience, including newsletters, industry news stories, new product announcements, and so on.
Some clients want to create panels of both customers and non-customers that allow them to get feedback anonymously without panelists knowing they are behind the scenes. In this case, we create a separate
identity for the panel that does not match you in any way. But, it is still a high quality environment for your panelists with the following features:
- Custom URL, typically related to your industry or field (such as YourIndustryFeedback.com)
- Custom graphic design on panelist-facing materials with a style and attitude appropriate to your
industry.
